Bernard Gordon joined Rand Rosenzweig Radley & Gordon LLP as a partner in 1995. With a practice focused on Real Estate and Corporate matters, he makes full use of the dual office organization of the firm.

Mr. Gordon entered the profession as a trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Denver, Colorado office. With an offer to join the Japanese law firm of Sogi & Tsuchiya in 1974, Mr. Gordon proceeded to spend two years in Japan working on international transactions and related legal issues. In his present practice, Mr. Gordon represents a broad range of Japanese business entities and individuals.

In addition to his extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, Mr. Gordon has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions including the sale and purchase and refinancing of residential properties, the sale of commercial buildings and the leasing of commercial space. Mr. Gordon also represents lenders in residential transactions.

Invaluable municipal law experience has been gained from Mr. Gordon's ongoing participation in local Westchester government. Currently serving his second term as Mayor of the Village of Pleasantville, Mr. Gordon also has served as a member and Chairman of the Pleasantville, New York Planning Commission. He was also elected and served three terms on the Village's Board of Trustees.
