In November 2005, Catherine S. Campbell joined the newly opened White Plains, NY office of Rand Rosenzweig Radley & Gordon LLP. She primarily works on commercial and employment litigation, franchising compliance, trademark filings and licensing, general corporate counseling and not-for-profit representation.
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine S. Campbell was an associate in the Trade Practices and Regulatory Law department of a major New York City law firm. Her practice focused on antitrust counseling and litigation, intellectual property, contracts, corporate governance and advertising law. In addition, she was a significant contributor to a law treatise, Antitrust Intellectual Property Handbook, which was published by Glasser LegalWorks in 2000.
Also active in the community, Ms. Campbell was elected Town Clerk for the Town of Pelham in 2005.
