Attorney Profiles

Charles Campbell has been the European Counsel for the firm since its inception. He has had extensive experience in the conception, negotiation and implementation of cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures involving both industrial and real estate assets. His training and background in both common-law and civil jurisdictions have made him attentive and sensitive to culturally different approaches to business situations. As a natural extension to his M & A and real estate practice, where individual investors are often involved, Mr. Campbell is regularly called to advise on non-resident taxation and estate planning matters.

Mr. Campbell has been the Chair of the Trans European Law Firms Association (TELFA) since 2003 and has published numerous articles in the Tax Management International Forum (BNA).
