Charles L. Rosenzweig has had over 25 years experience in state and federal litigation and arbitration involving commercial, corporate, securities, intellectual property and private international disputes. He has represented asset-based lenders, and has substantial experience in acquisition, licensing, franchising and financing transactions.

Mr. Rosenzweig advises clients on international transactions, and foreign clients on their operations in the United States. He has represented clients before the International Trade Commission, the Department of Commerce and the Court of International Trade in trade proceedings. He is also familiar with U.S. antidumping, countervailing duty and other trade issues.

As an active participant in the legal community. Mr. Rosenzweig served for ten years as a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association's Commercial and Federal Litigation Section, for which he has authored several reports. He serves as a mediator on the Panel of Neutrals of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and is a regular lecturer at Strategic Directions for International Practice.
