Howard M. Landa combines over twenty years of law firm practice in the area of general business law and commercial transactions with sixteen years of experience as the in-house general counsel of a multinational New York Stock Exchange company.  As a result, in addition to advising his business clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, Mr. Landa applies his in-house background to counseling his clients on day-to-day business-related legal matters, such as distribution contracts, consulting agreements, advertising review, regulatory compliance, technology transfer, leasing transactions, intellectual property licensing and the like.

An increasingly significant portion of Mr. Landa's practice is devoted to employment law, including the preparation of employment contracts for senior executives, the drafting of policy and procedure manuals, the handling of discrimination and wrongful termination claims, and diverse other matters pertaining to employer/employee relationships.
